At gillettemall.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened razors or razor blades

  • Used shaving cartridges

  • Opened shaving creams, gels, or lotions

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges, as soon as possible.

Wrong Items
If you received an item you did not order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account or credit card statement again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
